We left Goli this morning, with Bishop Pons looking resplendent in his purple shirt, and arrived at Murchison Falls National Park at lunchtime, in time to see an elephant in the carpark 🤣After a delicious lunch, and a dip in the pool, we headed out with John for a late afternoon game drive. And it was full of animals - lots of deer, giraffes and hippos. We also saw dung beetles with huge balls of dung 🤣 and at the delta, we were lucky enough to spot two jackels.
But the most exciting spot of the day was a male lion sauntering along at dusk!!
A thoroughly good day, although we are up and out by 6am tomorrow..
